Equipment
The right equipment matters.
Next to your space, the equipment you choose helps shape the feel of your cafe. With nearly 15 years of experience, we help you select the right espresso and brewing equipment for your space, goals, and budget. We work closely with reputable distrubutors like Zuccarini Importing, BUNN-o-Matic, and Stealth Coffee Systems.
From installation to ongoing service and financing, our trusted partners help keep your equipment running for years to come.

Consulting & Training
We. Love. Training.
This is where months—sometimes years—of work are distilled into a matter of seconds. The sourcing, the cultivation, the processing, the journey across continents, the roasting, and the final delivery all lead to this moment: the perfectly dialed 30-second shot.
The barista is the final link in the chain. We will train your baristas on-site or at our roastery cafe, using proprietary training materials: manuals, checklists, video content and small class sizes.
It's an ongoing journey and we love working with teams to develop & hone their skills.

Sustainably Sourced
Local. Award winning. B-Corp Certified. Independently & Veteran Owned.
From sourcing ethically grown coffee, to utilizing BullFrog Renewable Energy, to roasting on an environmentally-friendly Loring Roaster, to investing in community run organizations, we make sure our coffee represents our core values.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I become a wholesale coffee customer with Propeller?
Apply through the form on this page. We review applications within 2–3 business days, and most accounts are fully set up within 2–3 weeks from approval — sample tasting, menu selection, equipment confirmation, and your first delivery scheduled in that window. We supply cafes, restaurants, hotels, bakeries, specialty grocers, offices, and educational institutions across Canada.
What's the minimum wholesale order at Propeller?
New accounts get flexibility in their first 60 days while volume stabilizes. There's no annual contract — simply place your order through our Wholesale Portal.
How much does wholesale coffee cost at Propeller?
Wholesale pricing depends on the SKU (signature blends, single-origin, decaf) and your weekly volume. You'll receive a custom quote with your application based on your operation type. Propeller pricing reflects our roast quality and direct-trade sourcing.
What payment terms do you offer on wholesale accounts?
Established businesses qualify for Net-30 payment terms after a brief credit review. New accounts start with credit card on file or pre-payment for the first 60 days, then transition to terms once your standing order is dialed in. We support consolidated monthly invoicing for offices and restaurant groups managing multiple deliveries.
Do you offer free shipping on wholesale orders?
Yes. Greater Toronto Area accounts get free door-to-door delivery twice weekly, Wednesday and Friday, for coffee orders over 10lbs. Across Canada, coffee orders over $600 CAD threshold ship free; below that, courier rates calculate at checkout. .
Can we pick up wholesale orders from your roastery?
Yes — wholesale customers can pick up orders directly from our Junction roastery at 50 Wade Ave. during business hours, for no fee. Many GTA cafes use pickup for emergency restocks or to add a roastery visit and cupping session to their schedule. Pickup needs 24 hours' notice once your order is submitted.
How fresh is the coffee you wholesale?
We roast Monday to Friday at our Junction roastery, and most wholesale orders ship within 24–48 hours of roast. Whole-bean shelf life is approximately 4 weeks from roast for optimal extraction — every bag stamped with the exact roast date. Pre-ground coffee is best used within 7–10 days. Fresh roasted coffee, every delivery.
Do you supply espresso machines and equipment for wholesale customers?
Yes. Propeller has partnerships with reputable distriubutors across the Greater Toronto Area, as well as Eastern Canada. We help match the right machine to your service volume, kitchen footprint, and budget, and liase you to connect with the pros to help get that done.
Is barista training included with wholesale accounts?
Yes — included for most wholesale accounts. New customers get hands-on initial training: machine calibration, espresso dialing-in, milk steaming, and brewing programming. Hosted at our Junction roastery or on-site at your location. Wholesale partners get preferred access to our Coffee Masterclasses for ongoing barista development.
Are you carbon-neutral and ethically sourced?
Yes. Propeller is a Certified B Corporation, our roastery operates carbon-neutral, and we source through direct-trade and Fairtrade channels with farm-level traceability. Wholesale partners receive sustainability documentation, producer stories, B Corp certification details, and digital and printed in-store assets — useful for menus, customer conversations, and CSR reporting.
